Maintenance general conditions
Price list applicable for a valid maintenance contract

The prices are exclusive of VAT (value added tax)
- If the representative of the Contractor has to visit the Client, the minimum fee for services carried out there shall be for half hour.
- Substitute devices include standard components inside the computer (except motherboard), receipt printer, customer display, keyboard, card reader, display device and cash drawer.
- Tariff per kilometer is applied to calls outside Tallinn.
- On national holidays the hourly prices outside working hours are doubled
- Ektaco have rights to change prices.
