The Registrar with PIN-Code offers a simple, cost-effective timekeeping solution, as it can be installed directly onto your existing tablet or smartphone. The system's core function is straightforward: every employee uses a unique PIN code to clock in and out of their shift. This terminal can be fully customized to meet your specific needs—for example, by allowing staff to select from various job types or by optionally activating a photo capture function at clock-in. Multiple terminals can be installed across the business, each with different settings (e.g., only dining room staff register at the dining room terminal). All registration data is saved instantly to a central system, where it can be processed for reporting and statistical analysis.

The Mobile Registration App can be easily configured to match your company's specific operational requirements. You have the flexibility to switch the following features on or off as needed:

• Viewing your planned personal schedule
• Viewing the entire department's schedule
• A table and summary of registered personal working hours
• Submitting time-off requests directly to the scheduler
