Estonia’s flagship cafe chain Reval Cafe has been using the CompuCash point of sale system for years. Reval Café is a distinctive cafe chain in Tallinn, which includes sixteen cafes. CompuCash offers

• The ability to manage all cafes through one software.
• In addition to comprehensive reporting and inventory management, CompuCash ensures that each cafe can use a unified customer card and gift cards that work on a credit card principle.
• In Reval Cafe, the customer card system is built on an ID card basis and is part of the CompuCash software.
• Additionally, the cafes use an electronic delivery note interface, which eliminates the tedious task of entering delivery notes. In addition to regular checkouts, we have installed a CompuCash self-service checkout in Reval Café’s Swedbank office building coffee corner, where hiring a service person would have been unreasonable. According to Reval Café representative Rene Treifeldts, this is a valuable solution, because apart from Swedbank employees and their guests, other people do not have access to the products offered in the closed office building’s coffee corner, and there is also no service person on site to help pay for purchases. In the coffee corner, you can only pay for products with contactless payment, which means that a single purchase cannot exceed 25 euros.
