If the island of Muhu is a place where time takes a rest, there’s still no shortage of people taking action there. It was in Liiva village, on this very island, that a small bakery was founded in 2013 — and within five years, it made a major leap forward. Today, Muhu Pagarid bread can be purchased not only from ten bakeries but also from dozens of grocery stores across Estonia.
CompuCash offers the ability to manage all stores through a single software solution.
The interface between CompuCash and Telema ensures the electronic transfer of the bakeries’ sales and purchase invoices.
The management of Muhu Pagarid uses a web-based owner app that allows them to view key sales figures and customer information in real time, directly on their phone.
Muhu Pagarid also use the option to print receipts through the payment terminal. In CompuCash, it’s possible to print cash receipts using the payment terminal as well, which means there’s often no need for a separate receipt printer.
Representative of Muhu Pagarid:
“CompuCash has been on the market for a long time, and its strengths are flexibility and excellent customer service. The CompuCash representative was quick to respond and accommodating, which immediately left us with a good impression.
Although the CompuCash user interface could use some modernization, the system’s functionality and technical performance are very good. At Muhu Pagarid, for example, it’s important to track where the flour comes from, which bakeries mix it with the starter dough, and so on. CompuCash combines a central warehouse and supporting production system, allowing us to easily monitor product movement.
We also value the sales reporting function, which gives the business owner all the necessary information without having to make queries in the program themselves. The correct reports are prepared in advance for the owner, saving valuable time.”
