5 benefits of the waiter calling system

The waiter calling system makes your waiters to walk between kitchen and the dining hall only in case of a real need. The waiters come to the tables on the earliest possibility when a concrete customer has expressed an interest to order or pay the bill. Gert Nepperi, catering managers of TS Ships, says that using the customer calling system in the cafes has been really useful. Most of the dishes are given to the customers instantly but some dishes, like granny’s pancakes are prepared on a concrete client order. Using the calling system, customers do not need to stand and wait but can sit in their table until their buzzer start to blink and buzz.
